To return or exchange an FTV Skincare product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your original proof of purchase.
- Ensure the product is in its original, undamaged, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.
- Include any promotional gifts received with the purchase, in their original, unopened packaging.
- Ensure your product is returned within 7 days of contacting Customer Service.
Please Note: Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
