We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We only ship to confirmed addresses in Australia and internationally.
  • Certain items, such as liquids or restricted items, may not be available for international shipping due to regulations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website. FTV Skincare cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Shipping delays may occur due to reasons such as weather conditions, holiday seasons, or issues with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days for assistance. We may file a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement depending on the circumstances.
